Shopping with us is simple, safe & 100% secure Secure ordering

All personal details and credit card numbers are protected using 128 bit encryption and stored on a secure server. This ensures complete security and peace of mind.

At checkout you are transferred to the PayPal Secure Payment Page where they accept: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Switch/Maestro cards.



Delivery

Delivery from Orderstuff.co.uk only costs £3.95 for all orders. Order before 3pm and we will despatch the very same day. Most items are delivered next working day or within 2 working days. Please allow upto 3 working days for delivery, just in case of any problems out of our control.

Overseas Orders

We don't deliver outside of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland)

Complaints, how can we improve?

We really want to make buying from us a fast and friendly experience and then get your order delivered correctly, quickly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we sometimes get it wrong. When we do, we welcome your feedback so that we are aware of the problem and can get to work fixing it as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Faulty goods

If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we will happily replace them within 7 days of you receiving them. Just return them to us in good condition, in the original packaging. We shall refund you any money you have paid us for that product plus the cost of the postage back to us or give you a credit voucher for the same amount.

Unwanted goods

If you receive goods from us then decide they are unsuitable we will happily take them back (in good condition) within 7 days of you having received them. We will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product or give you a credit voucher for the same amount. All you pay for is the cost of posting the goods back to us. We can arrange for our courier to collect; however please be warned the cost will be far greater than using Royal Mail.

The only time we can't refund items are on occasions where the customer was not present at the delivery address and the courier (usually royal mail) has held the goods locally for your collection. In these cases we can't refund goods that you haven't been to collect until the goods are returned to our warehouse.

All returns must be authorised and have a valid Return Number. If an item is received back without a Return Number a £4.95 charge may be applied for the extra administration involved in handling your return.
